Thank you for shopping with ONR Advanced Sports Wellness! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping speed selected.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our global reach—stay tuned!

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

❗ Delays & Issues

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once a package leaves our warehouse, delays due to the shipping carrier are out of our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us at ONRsportswellness@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to file a claim or issue a replacement where appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
